Morning session photographing wintering Black necked Grebes. Always a feat getting close to these birds as the first instinct is to dive on mass and then appear twenty or so meters away.
Managed to locate these to birds in a small quite bay where they provided some great photo opportunities. Amazing red eye colour, note the differing eye colour of the two birds
