It's Gannet Diving Time Again !

17.6.18 - Yorkshire Diving Gannets

It's a year on since my last Gannet diving trip below Bempton's towering cliffs on Yorkshires east coast and I'm egerly looking forward to todays boat trip.....as it's a double session ! The cliffs at Bempton are the only mainland breeding colony of Gannet in the UK which also has breeding Guillemots, Puffin, Razorbill and Fulmar amongst others species.

Today I'm in the company of Yorkshire Coast Nature's Steve Race and Gary Jones of Gary Jones Wildlife Photography who's producing some great images, check his site out at.....http://www.gjwp.co.uk

It's an early start, a very early start as we've arranged to meet at Bridlington harbour at 5.0 am, as it's a two hour drive it dosent look's like I'm going to get much sleep...Zzzzzzzz !
